Hébergement avec un petit harme, convenable et suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes.Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de systeme de climatisation... cela n'aurait pas été du luxe en pleine canicule (essentiellement à l'étage, les chambres) car en bas, c'était plus frais car mieux isolé.Montcuq est une charmante petite ville et le logement est situé tout près du centre ville.Hormis la chaleur, nous avons passé un bon séjour

avis mitigé

L'impression générale est bonne, les environs sont intéressants et la maison bien localisée et agréable (permet de ne pas prendre sa voiture + agréable marché le dimanche, village mignon et lac pour baignade à proximité). En revanche, le propriétaire, très agréable, est particulièrement maniaque et le fait savoir : il vous répète sans cesse de faire attention au plan de travail de la cuisine, a la pierre de cuisine fragile (!), au sol de la salle de bain, de retirer ses chaussures en entrant !! (il nous a fait la leçon à la réservation, a l'arrivée au gite, par sms pendant le séjour). Il demande à passer pendant notre séjour pour récupérer des biens personnels ce qu'il a fait en notre absence, il vous adresse des sms pour rappeler de prendre soin de son sol, sa cuisine etc... jusqu'à nous demander finalement une indemnisation pour son sol de salle de bains qu'il a trouvé tâché (3 petites marques) après notre départ (ce parquet est non adapté à ce type de pièce), indemnisation qu'il avait d'ailleurs déjà demandée à une autre locataire à une autre période!!. cette maniaquerie ne se comprend pas vraiment quand on constate parallèlement, qu'il propose des chambres sans vrai lit : un clic clac peu confortable dans une des chambres, un matelas posé sur des caisses en bois dans une autre, des persiennes qui laissent passer la lumière de la ville, une courette pas entretenue ne permettant pas de diner dehors, des tissus suspendus aux portes ou fenêtre et des cartons et planches posés sur balcon pour dit il réduire la chaleur dans la maison. Néanmoins, nous restons satisfaits de ce séjour, recommandant à cet hôte de ne pas louer son bien (qui est sa propre maison) dans ces conditions.
