Casalle, comfortable restored holiday home with private swimming pool

Casalle is a cozy and very complete, beautifully restored holiday home for 6 (+ 2 babies) people in the south of France, with a large private heated swimming pool. The house is located very quiet and surrounded by a large private area with plenty of lawn and various trees for the necessary shade. Next to the house is a large multifunctional covered area with a nice "chill out" for the children (with TV screen), but where also the car can also be placed. Table tennis. Important note: the house only allows one dog per stay.

Comfortable living room, with mezzanine, sitting area, beautiful wood burning stove, satellite TV, home video, DVD, stereo (radio/CD), dining table and French doors to the terrace and garden. Casalle has an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet

Upstairs (stair doors): Bedroom 1: a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 3: two single beds (80 x 200). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle. Second toilet (separate).

Large garden (trees) fully fenced by shrubs, with private swimming pool (fenced and heated) of 10 x 5 meters (depth 0.95-1.90 m) with sun loungers. If pool heating is used, the corresponding energy costs must be paid on site.

Casalle is a charming rural holiday home located in the Dordogne in the wooded hills on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, equidistant (about 25 km) from the two rivers of the same name, about which a canoe or kayak trip is unforgettable. In the Dordogne we hear the view of medieval towns such as Beynac, La Roque-Gageac and Domme, as well as the castles of Milandes, Castelnaud and Montfort. You also visit Sarlat. And the caves of Les Eyzies and Montignac. In the Lot valley you walk the "Wine Tourist Circuit", from the beautiful castle of Bonaguil (29 km) to the wine town of Cahors (31 km). Your house is located 3 km from the beautiful town of Cazals where you will find everything: shops, restaurant, bank, post office, market (Sunday), tennis court and swimming lake with beach, playground and pedal boats. Villefranche-du-Périgord 10 km. Two golf courses within half an hour's drive (Vitrac and Siorac).
