The house is divided into two independent apartments, offering flexible accommodations for couples, families, or groups of friends.
On the first floor is the Salvia apartment, a small apartment ideal for up to 3 people. It consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and an outdoor area. Upon request, an extra bed can be added for a third guest. Thanks to the outdoor area, pets are allowed exclusively in this unit.
On the first floor is the Giglio apartment, which is more spacious and ideal for up to 7 people. It features three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with twin beds), a large living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment has 6 permanent beds, but can accommodate a seventh person by adding an extra bed upon request. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
