The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, a twin bedroom, wardrobe room, and a large bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one triple) and a second bathroom. From the kitchen you have direct access to the private garden, which is fully fenced and separated from the common areas, featuring a large patio, panoramic terrace, barbecue, and hot tub. You can enjoy free seasonal vegetables and fresh eggs.



All common areas are at your disposal, the pool is for your exclusive use, and for children there is a large equipped play area.
