There is a main house, an outbuilding with equipped fitness area, a swimming pool, a play area for children and an entertainment area. The property also includes a small lake for sport fishing. Montaione is located in a dominant and central position, ideal to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena or the sea. The Etruscan coast can be reached by car in about an hour.
