This apartment is very centrally located, just five minutes from the beach (Cristal Beach—Blue Flag), and features two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen-dining area, and a terrace. It is fully equipped and furnished. The apartment is equipped with the following: air conditioning with a heat pump, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, and Wi-Fi. The only things you’ll need to remember to bring are towels and your personal items; otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped. The building has an elevator, a large pool, and underground parking. I also own a penthouse and two other apartments in the same building. Just a few meters from the building, you’ll find a supermarket, several shops, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy good food at reasonable prices. Upon your arrival, the owners will welcome you, hand you the keys, and offer some recommendations for restaurants, bars, and places that might interest you. Licensed for tourist rentals.
