Location climatisée, plutôt bien située, proche de la plage

Nous avons apprécié la situation proche des commerces et de la plage, il y a souvent de la place pour se garer, et le quartier est très clame. La climatisation dans toutes pièces et les 2 salles de bain. Attention, les chiens sont les bienvenus, certains aboiements étaient persistants, le city stade proche de la piscine a des horaires limités, la piscine est un peu petite pour l'ensemble des appartements. Pour la terrasse, il manquait une chaise extérieur, la table était trop petite pour 6 personnes, le sol manquait de graviers et n'était pas ombragé, il y a quelques points à améliorer pour rendre ce logement meilleure.

El apartamento está muy bien en general pero habría que mejorar ciertas "cositas" La piscina es perfecta si vas con niños y tienes varios servicios cerca del apartamento, farmacia, supers.... Las camas son muy incómodas y el baño de la suite debería cambiarse ya que esta completamente amarillo y da un poco de asco.

Buen complejo residencial, muy bien situado.

Nos ha gustado mucho la urbanización La Cala. Por la piscina, el campo de futbol, el parque infantil y su cercanía a la playa. El mobiliario de la casa esta un poco viejo y las camas también. El fallo con el garaje, que lo contratamos y luego a la llegada nos dijerais que no había opción de tener garaje. Hola Maialen, Gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Nos alegra saber que disfrutaste de la urbanización La Cala y de sus instalaciones como la piscina, el campo de fútbol, el parque infantil y la cercanía a la playa. Lamentamos los inconvenientes que has mencionado. Sentimos el problema con el acceso al parking ya estamos trabajando para resolverlo y asegurarnos de que no vuelva a ocurrir. Alles ist ganz gut. 2 kleine Mängel hab ich trotzdem: Kein Geschirrspüler und der Pool ist Tagsüber viel zu warm.
