On the basement level, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cosy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes, a service room/laundry room, and a complete bathroom with shower.



On the ground floor, two welcoming bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another bathroom with shower. From this floor and going down an external staircase you can also access the garden/pool without going through the house.



And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two luxurious 160cm beds and a large terrace and a bathroom with bathtub.



And let's not forget the crown jewel: the beautiful Playa Cristal, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches. - This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.

- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Free beach / pool towels.

- WIFI during your stay.

- The barbecue is available for your enjoyment. UHC does not provide grills, grates, accessories, firewood or charcoal, so you will need to bring or purchase what is necessary for its use. As it is a complementary external facility, its cleaning and preparation are not part of the usual cleaning service, so it is up to each guest to prepare it according to their preferences before using it.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €1000. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
