The residence has a communal area with a swimming pool and a lovely garden.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms and capacity for up to 8 people. It consists of 2 floors and a basement and is distributed as follows:



Ground floor:

As this is a complementary outdoor facility, its cleaning and preparation are not part of the usual cleaning service, so it is up to each guest to prepare it according to their preferences before using it.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or some wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Playa Cristal, located next to the house, is an extensive and pleasant beach with a wide range of activities. In this place, you will find areas specially designed for children, which include small playgrounds. These spaces are well maintained and have several areas adapted for different ages. Additionally, Playa Cristal has a charming seafront promenade full of restaurants, bars and beach bars, all of them with terraces where you can enjoy a drink and taste the delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine whilst contemplating the spectacular view of the Mediterranean. This seafront promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant, where you can enjoy water activities and sports, as well as visit the Sunday market.
