Discover this spectacular 5-bedroom villa located in the heart of the exclusive Pino Alto area in Miami Playa. With a well-maintained garden, porch and barbecue, this villa offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, it features covered parking for your convenience. Further improvements are also being made for the 2024 season.



With capacity for up to 10 people, Villa Pino Alto is ideal for a large family or several families wishing to share an exclusive accommodation. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this villa features a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi included and air conditioning for a comfortable and convenient stay.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Please note that due to improvements being carried out, elements such as decoration or furniture may differ or not be present in the current photos. UHC will not be responsible for the difference or lack of such elements and claims in this regard will not be accepted. Photos will be updated as soon as possible (current text 12/02/2024).

- This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.

- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Beach / pool towels free of charge.

- WIFI during your stay.

- The barbecue is available for your enjoyment. UHC does not provide grills, grates, accessories, firewood or charcoal, so you must bring or purchase what is necessary for its use. As it is a complementary external facility, its cleaning and preparation are not part of the usual cleaning service, so it is up to each guest to prepare it according to their preferences before using it.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €1000. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or some wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at this villa. It comes fully equipped with everything you need. The location is superb, just 8 minutes away from shops and the town center. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat near the beach with excellent accommodations, I highly recommend this place.

We have had a fantastic week at this villa, the location is superb, close to the beach, super market and restaurants, the villa is in a quiet part which was perfect for us. If I was ultra, the sun beds could do with renewing and we had to go out and buy an iron as we had an ironing board but no iron. These were minor and did not stop us from enjoying this lovely property.
