Beautiful farmhouse located in an ideal place, the urbanization of Can Burjats in Mont-ras. A unique environment surrounded by large areas of vegetation. Small town on the COSTA BRAVA a few minutes by car to the beaches of Calella, Begur, Tamariu and Palamós.

House that smells of family events, meetings with friends in time to enjoy, spending weekend getaways or summer vacations together. The house is fully equipped to enjoy all the rooms, and with an incredible exterior, private pool and large garden.

Can Burjats welcomes us with a beautiful entrance area and views of a varied vegetation, a private lake where you will be mesmerized by the sound of its waterfall, you also have an area with an outdoor table as an extension of the kitchen so you can make food

The house has a distribution that makes it very easy to organize family stays. There are 3 sleeping areas, each of the areas has 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, Family areas, cozy living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas for beautiful evenings. Very well equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor table and all the necessary appliances to surprise diners. We go outside, there is a private terrace with a covered barbecue and it has a sink and a work area where you can have meals or share a glass of wine and extend the afternoons in the garden. It has a large lawn area with a swimming pool to cool off on days when the summer heat sets in. Services also include WIFI AND TV.

For the little ones we have a cot and high chair that we can prepare for free.

With the reservation of this house you have the option to use the Padel facilities that are a few meters away, it will only be necessary to agree on the day and time that interests you so that we can make the reservation. There is also a garbage collection service at the door and it is an area with surveillance, both externally and in the house with an alarm. The property resides in nearby houses, so anything you may need during your stay can be quickly arranged.

All the household items you need for a more comfortable stay: Sheets, blankets, towels for all guests. Crockery and cutlery, cups, glasses. hair dryer, body soap, toilet paper, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
