Ideally situated for ski and hiking enthusiasts, it offers direct access to the slopes in winter and the Sancy trails in summer. Completely renovated, this cozy little retreat combines modernity with a mountain atmosphere for an unforgettable vacation. And the icing on the cake: your four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed, so don’t hesitate to bring your faithful companion along to share these moments in the mountains. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, and consists of: - a kitchen - a living/dining room - a bedroom with a 140-cm bed - a sleeping area off the living room with two bunk beds (the top bunk is off-limits to children under 6) - a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet Outdoor parking is available in front of the residence. A private storage area in the garage is available for skis and bicycles. Whether you’re coming to ski, hike, or simply to relax, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring the wonders of the Sancy and the surrounding ridges. We’d be delighted to welcome you and help you discover our region! Important information: The apartment is equipped with a motion detector connected to the alarm system. This device is active only when the alarm is armed—that is, when the cottage is unoccupied. When the cottage is occupied, the alarm is automatically disarmed, and the motion detector is therefore completely inactive. Although it is equipped with a sensor capable of taking photos if the alarm is triggered, no images can be captured during your stay. If you’d like complete peace of mind, this device can also be concealed or covered for the duration of your stay upon request.
