Two-room apartment with a private entrance, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, standard oven, dishwasher, microwave, “Lavazza a modo mio” pod coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, glasses and dishes, cups, silverware, and pots and pans. Smart TV. Under-sink drawer for recycling.
A floor-cleaning kit, broom and dustpan, cleaning supplies, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and a pack of multi-purpose disinfectant wipes are provided in the apartment.
Clothesline, ironing board, and iron.
Coat rack area with a bench for luggage and a dresser containing a dog kit (bowls, towels).
Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, complete with linens and two pillows each, a closet, a dresser, and a Smart TV.
Private bathroom with walk-in shower, complete with towels and a hair dryer, single-use soap packets, and toilet paper.
Dedicated covered porch.
Entirely non-smoking apartment. Ashtrays are available outside.
Shared garden with a picnic area, barbecue, table, and benches. Sun loungers are available.
Pets are allowed throughout the property if they are accustomed to being indoors (please do not let them get on the beds), upon request and at no extra charge.
