CASA MONTEFIORE 13 Farmhouse in the Marche countryside

Casa Montefiore 13 is a farmhouse from the first half of the 1900s that was recently renovated (2019) while preserving its unique characteristics. It features thermal insulation, new windows with mosquito screens, underfloor heating, and new furniture.
We are renting a ground-floor apartment consisting of:
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including a refrigerator, gas stove, standard oven, dishwasher, microwave, “Lavazza a modo mio” pod coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, glasses and dishes, mugs, silverware, and pots and pans. Note: There is no moka pot. A drawer under the sink is designated for recycling.
- 1 double bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps up to 3 adults) equipped with bedding and two pillows. Smart TV, floor fan.
- 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped with bath linens, a hair dryer, a fan heater, single-use soap dispensers, and toilet paper.
- 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, equipped with bed linens and bath linens, a Smart TV, a floor fan, and a fan heater. Option for a third bed or a crib. The bedroom and bathroom are accessible to guests with mobility challenges, as they are located on the first floor and have no steps. The bathroom is equipped with a raised toilet and bidet, an ergonomic sink, and a floor-level shower.
Since this is a vacation rental, we cannot provide food or cleaning services, but the apartment is equipped with a floor-cleaning kit, a broom and dustpan, cleaning supplies, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and a pack of multipurpose disinfectant wipes. Clothesline, ironing board, and iron.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the property, including in the garden.
Pets are allowed throughout the property if they are accustomed to staying indoors (please do not let them on the beds), upon request and at no extra charge.
Garden with a picnic area featuring a barbecue, table, and benches under the gazebo. Sun loungers are available.
