WePuglia - The White Luxury – Apt Nepenthe

The White Luxury are two recently renovated ground floor apartments located in a very central position in Monopoli, just 500mt from the main square and 900mt from the historic center.

Appartamento Nepenthe can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with centralized air conditioning and WiFi. It has a small private outdoor area with a swimming pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy.

The entrance to Appartamento Nepenthe is located on the right. We find a living area with kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with chairs.

The sleeping area consists of a master double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms give access to the private outdoor area, equipped with a beach umbrella, deckchairs and a swimming pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, ideal for enjoying your moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

The White Luxury - Appartamento Nepenthe is far 61 km from Bari Airport, 70 km from Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is 1km far (about 15 min by walk) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 10 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 21 km from Alberobello, 38 km from Ostuni, 25 km from Locorotondo, 32 km from Cisternino, 31 km from Martina Franca, 87 km from Matera and 108 km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
