Residenza Lamandia is a private villa located in Contrada Lamandia, just 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Capitolo, a renowned seaside district of Monopoli.
The villa is spread over two levels and features three private outdoor areas: a private entrance, a garden with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and a panoramic terrace on the first floor with sea views.
Access is via a private gate with manual key, leading to a cozy outdoor sitting area surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation—perfect for relaxing from the very first moment.
Inside, the open-space living area welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, a 40" Hisense Smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with peninsula. Large glass doors open directly onto the garden, where a covered veranda offers a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower—ideal for enjoying meals and moments of relaxation in total privacy.
The sleeping area on the ground floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds, served by a bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom, located on the first floor and completely independent, is accessible via an external staircase. It features a double bed, a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and bidet, and a covered outdoor shower. This level also includes a private terrace with a stunning sea view.
A private parking space (spot G) is included and located inside the gated Verde Incanto residence, ensuring comfort and security.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22:00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs €25, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m., is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your 4-legged friends.

SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €300, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
