Wonderful!

Would absolutely recommend this place! The location is perfect just 1 minute walk from the old town and a 5 minute walk to the Monopoli beach. Ivo made our stay very nice. The place looks way much better in the reality than on the picture. We loved being at the balcony at the afternoons/nights. The appartment is perfect for a couple/two persons. Thank you Ivo!

A property with character

This is a lovely property in a great location. Ivo is an excellent host and gave great local information regarding shops and restaurants as well as lively bars. The apartment is walking distance to everything you require and has a lively bar close by for those who like to meet people and party.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und total zentral. Man war sowohl schnell in der Innenstadt, mit den Restaurants und Geschäften, und am Strand als auch am Bahnhof. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Ivo war super nett und konnte uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen. Für Menschen, die mit Lautstärke schlecht schlafen können, ist die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nichts. Auf der Straße ist auch spät abends einiges los. Wir haben uns allerdings doch schnell daran gewöhnt.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dem Ferienhaus kurz vor der Altstadt.Ein schönes altes Haus mit gutem Bad/Dusche, geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett und guter Matratze. Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Kleine Küche mit allem Notwendigen wo wir aber nicht gekocht haben.Bedauerlich empfanden wir das ein Handtuch/Duschtuch/Bidet Tausch erst nach 6 Tagen stattfindet. Man bot uns einen vorzeitigen Tausch für 15 Euro an. Kleinlich aus unserer Sicht, sind wir von anderen Ferienunterkünften schon aus hygienischen Gründen besser gewohnt. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Pizzeria die bis 1 Uhr Nachts geöffnet hat und gut besucht wird. Eine entsprechende Lautstärke ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden.Nichts für Personen die früh schlafen möchten.Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Super endroit à Monopoli !

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur du logement, le fait que c'est à l'étage, sa localisation, la propreté, l'accueil de Ivo, équipement fonctionnels. Rue passante donc un peu bruyante malheureusement. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Schöner Aufenthalt und tolles Appartement

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles nötige ist in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, tolles großes Appartement mit hohen Decken und Ivo ist ein super Gastgeber. Altstadt ist eine Minute entfernt, schöner Strand 5 Minuten. Für sehr lärmempfindliche Menschen würde ich Oropax empfehlen, da man ab und mal einen Roller oder Ähnliches hört. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Vi rekommendera Casa Ginevra! Bra läge ich Ivo är så hjälpsam och vill verkligen att du ska trivas! Monopoli är en liten pärla med allt som hör en italiensk småstad till!

Fantastico soggiorno a Monopoli

L’appartamento d’epoca è situato vicinissimo al centro storico di Monopoli d alle spiagge cittadine, veramente a pochi passi. Abbiamo trovato tutto come descritto nell’annuncio, Ivo è stato inoltre super disponibile e cordiale. Nel complesso quindi consigliamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono vivere la graziosissima Monopoli senza dover per forza usare l’auto, ma solo passeggiando per i meravigliosi vicoli del centro storico.

Alles Perfekt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Dusche und alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt neben der Altstadt und es ist auch nicht weit zum Bahnhof. Ivo ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns mit nützlichen Tipps versorgt, so dass wir eine unvergessliche Zeit in Monopoli hatten.

Fantastica esperienza a casa Ginevra

Ivo è un host molto disponibile, è molto flessibile sia in fase di ingresso che di uscita e prodigo di consigli sui posti da visitare. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla appena fuori al centro storico, che è proprio a due passi. Il parcheggio è abbastanza agevole, dal momento che ogni strada ha un lato dedicato alle strisce blu e quello opposto dedicato alle strisce bianche, dove non è prevista limitazione oraria. Il bagno ha la finestra e una doccia fantastica. In cucina non manca nulla, la camera da letto è spaziosa e con balcone. Una sistemazione ideale per soggiornare a Monopoli.

La struttura è ad un passo dal centro storico in zona centrale e ben servita da qualsiasi servizio. Host preciso e presente in ogni necessità, ma soprattutto educata e non invadente. Struttura completa di ogni confort e nel complesso comoda e strategica. Bagno con ampia doccia multifunzione e angolo cucina attrezzato. Nel complesso credo che sia il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo
