The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, an oven, and a fridge with freezer—ready for any need.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 3 guests, with a double bedroom and an adjacent single bedroom, offering both comfort and privacy for small groups or families.
The property also includes a spacious private balcony with a table and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors with a sea view, and a shared condominium parking area available to guests.
You’ll be within easy reach of Monopoli’s main attractions: the historic center is about 1.5 km away, the old port and Carlo V Castle are 1.8 km away, while Cala Porta Vecchia and Porto Rosso beaches are 2 and 2.2 km away, respectively. The train station is just 1.2 km from the apartment.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22:00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs €25, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m., is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your 4-legged friends.

SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €150, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
