The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a double bedroom, from which you can access a second outdoor space, equipped with storage room and washing machine. ' There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, to ensure maximum comfort for guests.
The living room and kitchen area is bright, furnished in a modern style and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a carefree stay. Guests will have an electric hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
The apartment has a large outdoor area with lawn, table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
To ensure maximum comfort in any season, the accommodation is equipped with a central heating and cooling system, as well as fast Wi-Fi fibre internet connection.
The location is ideal to reach the most beautiful beaches of Monopoli: a few minutes drive from Lido Calaparadiso and Porto Rosso. The apartment is located about 2.5 km from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the historic center, with its restaurants, bars and quaint shops.
For those arriving by car, the apartment offers the possibility of parking in the residential area.
Access to the apartment is by manual keys, which will be given directly at check-in.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- When booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter the identification data and sign a tourist (or short) lease, as required by the Italian law on rentals. 
- The tourist tax is not included in the total booking. Prepare the sum in cash, equal to €1 per night per person, to be paid on arrival. 
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city centre of Monopoli.  
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 10 pm, for structures without a safety deposit box, check-in in presence has a cost of € 25, to be paid in cash on arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not provided. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10 am, but not later than 1 pm, is € 15 per hour, to be paid in cash on exit.
NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
In case of violation will be charged an amount of €200.
ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your pets.

SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION
- Separate collection must be carried out correctly. 
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you the instructions to make it better.
In case of violation, an amount of €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €70 for the duration of the stay and you will have a mattress cover with corners, sheets under/ above, pillows and pillowcases.
DEPOSIT
- €150, payable on arrival in cash or by credit card as guarantee within 7 days before.
