New dream country home on the edge of the forest & a 20-minute walk from Mönkebude Sandy Beach!

Includes freshly laundered bed linens and clean towels. In addition to the stylish country-style decor, the heart of the property is the sun terrace. There, you can relax and listen to the sounds of the adjacent forest. With a little luck, you might even spot sea eagles soaring in the sky. The house itself is bathed in natural light and features a fully equipped country-style kitchen. It includes a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (and an additional crib), and an open sleeping area (also with a double bed). The cozy living room features a couch, two armchairs, and a TV. The bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor. Additionally, there is a guest restroom on the upper floor. The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden that blooms magnificently in the spring and summer.
All windows in the house are equipped with mosquito screens (including the patio door).

You can set out on forest walks and bike rides right from the house (for example, to the charming little town of Ueckermünde). Just a 20-minute walk away lies the idyllic sandy beach of Mönkebude on the Szczecin Lagoon. During the season, beach chairs can be rented there. There is also a restaurant (with a view of the water), as well as a snack bar and a playground. A small supermarket with a bakery is a 12-minute walk from the house. There’s a bike rental shop in Mönkebude (about a 15-minute walk from the house). Mönkebude charges a visitor’s tax from April 1 through October 31. This must be paid separately.
Keys can be picked up via a key safe.
