Average stay

The grounds are well kept and the pool is large with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and spacious but the sofa bed was broken (the night reception tried to fix it but couldn’t) and there was no cutlery or glassware and only 1 cup.

Die Anlage ist schön, aber schon teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise stark gebraucht aus. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Nachdem die Küchenzeilen zurück gebaut worden sind, ist es für Familienurlaube unattraktiver geworden.

Das Lake Garda Resort in Moniga del Garda hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die engagierten Putzfrauen , Gärtner und Handwerker sowie der gepflegte Poolbereich. Negativ: sehr abgelegen, extrem kleines Zimmer für unsere Familiengröße, viele Defekte (Türgriff, Schlüsselkarte, Kühlschrank), eine unbrauchbare „Küche“ ohne Spülbecken oder Herdplatte, schwaches Frühstück mit defekten Kaffeemaschinen und kaum Auswahl. Ohne Auto kaum erreichbar. Für uns kein Vier-Sterne-Standard – wir würden nicht wiederkommen.
