So and So experience

Booked for a friend and the stay was unsatisfactory due to lack of service from hotel, for late check-in and also due to poor experience over the theft of a friend's rolex watch at the property, which was denied initially by the hotel, but discovered the 2nd day on reference to Police and request for CCTV footage. Drive-way not suitable for heavy motorbikes and late check-in is a problem with no telephone contact details.

I liked everything about it. The property is situated in a beautiful location and easy to find. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It's very unique - rooms in a big house and delicious breakfast.

A fuir absolument

Il ne faut pas se fier à juste titre aux autres avis mais là, sans hésitation cet établissement est à fuir même mieux il ne devrait même pas figurer sur les différents sites de réservation. "Prises de courant pas fixés, aucune insonorisation, plafond marqué d auréoles jaune suite à humidité, pas de tapis de douche , pas de petit déjeuner, cafetière expresso fermé à clé donc impossible de remettre de l'eau, appel téléphonique inexistant etc etc.. et le comble c'est que l'on a pu voir furtivement la "patronne" pour lui faire par de notre mécontentement, nous répondant :" si c'est pour dire du mal he bien je suis en vacance et je m'occupe de mes gosses. !!! " Pour finir je déconseille fortement cet établissement !

Rapport qualité prix honnête.

La chambre est propre et assez confortable mais petite, mal isolée phonétiquement et avec une toute petite fenêtre (genre soupirail). Produit lidl au petit déjeuner ( miel lidl allemand alors que apiculteur local a 1 km). Le tarif (55 e) est peu élevé et donc assez en rapport avec la prestation.

Il n'y a pas eu de séjour. J'ai contacté l'hotel à 19h pour leur informer que nous arrivons tard, ils n'ont pas répondu et j'ai donc laissé un message. J'ai essayé d'appeler plus tard vers 20h, ils ont raccroché au bout de 2 bips. Pas de surprise, en arrivant plus tard dans la soirée, la grande grille est fermée. Ils n'ont pas envoyé le code d'accès, ni même essayer de nous contacter pour nous informer qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous accueillir. Nous avons sonnés pendant 20 minutes à la grille et nous avons essayé d'appeler mais on tombait directement sur messagerie. Bref, la moindre des choses aurait été de nous contacter pour nous informer qu'ils ne sont pas capables de nous accueillir au lieu de faire silence radio. Très déçu par cette mésaventure, je pense qu'ils n'ont pas le sens de l'accueil demandé lorsqu'on gère un hébergement. Nous étions obligés de chercher un autre hébergement pour passer la nuit.
