This home is situated in a calm no-wake cove so it's perfect for swimming and hanging out on the dock. Bring your bikes and take an after-dinner stroll through the community or load up the kids and enjoy the community pool.
Enjoy the spacious beauty and comfort of Z-Villa and the amazing views. The kitchen, stocked with all the appliances any chef could ask for, is the center of the home. The living room and kitchen are open so no one gets left out of the fun and conversation. The overall stay and communication was fine. I guess in all of my years renting properties I was never, ever upcharged for sheets and towels. Totally blown away by this. We arrived late in the evening to discover all 9 beds have no sheets and there are no towels in the bathrooms. That was a 230 upcharge. My fault for not reading the fine print. Wow. Never again.

The property was just as advertised. Located directly on the lake. Just a quick walk to the dock to swim and put the provided kayaks and canoe. Our grandkids loved the easy access to the lake. We didn’t use the community pool. It appeared to be very nice and there was a key card for access in the condo. We brought our own linens and towels without complaint. It made sense that one reviewer took exception to not having bedding. We are used to lake units being rented for entire weeks without linens. The unit was recently added to VRBO which allows for shorter stays but still follows the week long model of not providing linens and towels. Ownership may want to revisit that philosophy. The cleaning company showed up after we arrived which was my reason for 4 stars. Also the weekly pickup of trash causes issues with the VRBO model. We had stinky trash in the garage. The cleaning folks did take care of it. The unit was great and we will likely rent it again in the future.
