Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Geschichte

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wer ein ruhiges Ferienquartier auf dem Berg mit toller Aussicht sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto.

Schöner Ausblick!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Moneglia am Hang. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man/frau einen wunderschönen Blick auf´s Meer. Bis auf die Küche, sind die Schlafräume sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous sommes restés 14 jours en juillet à 4. La maison est très bien. Il y faisait suffisamment frais. Très bon wifi . Il y a le nécessaire. Quelques retouches sont à prévoir (casseroles, table du toit inutilisable, vaisselle sale) mais nous avons prévenu l'agence. La place de parking en ville est un vrai plus. Par contre, il nous a fallu louer une place près de la maison à 5E/jour sur un coin de terrain face à un poteau, nous nous sommes un peu senti pigeon. Merci à C, notre contact.

Das Häuschen hat viel Charme, besonders die Dachterrasse, sehr freundliche Vewalterin, allerdings waren einige Dinge am Ende der Saison kaputt. Auffällig das Fehlen eines Espressokochers.

Dom w rzeczywistości wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Posiada piękny, słoneczny taras z widokiem na morze, który jest jego największym atutem.Miejscowość Casale jest bardzo cicha i spokojna, żądnych hałasów czy głośniejszych sąsiadów wokół. Można wspaniale wypocząć, w dzień podziwiając widok z tarasu na morze, a wieczorem liczne gwiazdy. Moneglia to urocza wakacyjna miejscowość z piękną, piaszczystą plażą, restauracjami, barami . W Monegli jest stacja kolejowa- min. pociągi do Cinque Terre.

Altes, kleines Reihenhäuschen mit Charme über 3 Stockwerke. Sehr sauber. Stilvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht. Ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto auf engem Kurvensträsschen nach Moneglia bzw. ans Meer (gut: reservierter Parkplatz im Dorf). Großer Erholfaktor: kein WLAN :-). Nachteil: Parksituation am Haus (eng, nur für kleinere Autos bis max. Van-Grösse direkt davor, sonst bei Nachbarn mieten oder an der sehr engen Straße weiter weg).

Tolles kleines altes Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet. Super Dachterasse! Die Straße ins Dorf ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Strand in Moneglia sehr schön Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt!

Útulné, klidné a malebné.

Útulné, klidné a malebné. K moři spíše autem, ale jde to i pěšky. My chtěli jezdit pokaždé jinam na výlety. Parádní výhledy. Složitější parking, ale dalo se. Není od přímého majitele, přes agenturu, která na obsluhu domu najímá další lidi - ta naše byla přepracovaná a moc nestíhala připrvit dům včas nebo nás vklidu uvítat a pořádně vysvětlit, kde co v domě je a jak funguje. Postele nic moc. Bez internetu a špatný signál.
