Now with bigger pool 10*5 m.
the villa consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers.
a very large living room of over 50 sqm means that there is a lot of space to socialize.
there is sleeping accommodation for up to 10-11 people.
kitchen have dining area for 10-12 people
The villa is less than 1 km from the sea and nearest shops "supermarket, pizzerias,bar"
The town of Mondragone is only 7 km away.
Naples is 30 min, by car, Rome less than 2 hours away.

The villa is approximately 200 square meters,
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
the whole house is newly renovated in 2021
orchard 500 sq.m big with fig trees, pears and wine grapes
in the middle of all this a wonderful pool to cool off or play with the kids

you will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation

beaches and shops are within walking distance less then 1 km away.

by foot or car, we have a couple of bycicles for loan free of charge

During the hot summer months of July and August.
please avoid to have food or sweet drinks on tables etc for longer time.
if unlucky you can have ants coming inside the house.
we have provide with ant repellant if you need it.
