amazing cliff-side sanctuary

Most of the staff were great, but the waiter in the bar muttered that it was "muy temprano" when I asked for toast and coffee at 7.32am, having been told the café opened at 7.30, and wanting to get hiking at first light.

Nice accomodation at a beautiful scenery. But some services were not available or ‘out of order’ without informing the guests. Restaurant and Spa were closed and it was even difficult to get a coffee (late November 2024).

Un hotel muy bien conservado.. por fuera hermosos y por dentro la habitaciónes amplias , limpias y modernas. El restaurante de calidad - precio perfecto, tanto la cena como el lugar. El único pero es que en la mañana desde muy temprano suenan las campanas del santuario cada 15 o 30 minutos y pueden interrumpir el descanso. Pero como somos turistas y estamos acostumbrados a levantarnos temprano pues si volveríamos. Muy recomedado

La habitación está muy bien para el precio que tiene (pagamos 64 euros de sábado para domingo), aunque no tienen aire acondicionado. No pedimos el desayuno pero son 12 euros adicionales por persona. La recepcionista nos atendió bien. Fue muy amable. Los precios de la carta sí que me parecieron caros, por lo que, si no quieres gastar mucho, tendrías que ir al pueblo más cercano (Oñate), que está a unos 15 minutos aproximadamente en coche. La zona donde está el Santuario es bonita para y puedes visitarla.

Superfint rum med utsikt. Personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma. Middagsmaten var jättegod. Närheten till vandringsleder och den fantastiska kyrkan är toppen. Hit kommer vi tillbaka.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sauber und die Betten komfortabel. Das Frühstück war von erstaunlich hoher Qualität. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig das Restaurant im Hause ist echt schlecht. Für Mittag- oder Abendessen sollte man definitiv woanders hingehen.

Monacale mais cadre magnifique

Cadre et environnement sympa. Par contre pas de couette mais des vielles couverture. Et pendant la nuit nous avons eu une odeur infecte sortant de la salle de bain de tous les canalisations de l'hôtel. Nous avons été obligé le matin de faire notre notre toilette en apnée.

Calme et propre

Dommage que la clim ne fonctionne pas (canicule) ou alors je n'ai pas su la faire fonctionner (bouton on/off, bouton ventilation 1,2 et 3, et molette de température !!!!). Pour le reste tout était parfait.
