- A fully equipped kitchen.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 with bathtub and double sink, hairdryer and towel dryer,

- A large room of 40m2 with dining room and living room with TV that can accommodate the whole family. (flat screen TV, internet box, wifi...), a large table that can accommodate more than 15 people.
- A small living room/playroom for children with sofa, coffee table, library and television.

- A large terrace of 40m2 overlooking the swimming pool and the outdoor area not overlooked.
