By staying at Hameaux des Lacs, you'll have access to the leisure center of the Three Lakes in Monclar-de-Quercy, the only Blue Flag-certified site in Tarn-et-Garonne (82).
Please note that the four swimming pools are not located directly at Hameaux des Lacs but are part of the leisure center. Your rental includes access to these pools, which are semi-private/semi-public. Additional fees apply for access to the waterpark.
The leisure center is continuously evolving, offering more activities each year. Spanning 50 hectares, it is one of the largest in the region and features three main areas:Swimming Pool Zone: Includes two outdoor pools (open in July and August), an indoor pool (open May to September), a Pentogliss, and a slide.Swimming Lake: Features beaches, solariums, a water slide, decorative waterfalls, pontoons, and more. Open from mid-June to late September.Inflatable Water Fun Station: Available for an additional charge from mid-June to late August.Fishing Lake: Open year-round for fishing with a permit available at the tourist office.

At Hameaux des Lacs, our dedicated team ensures that children have a memorable stay. The Mini-Club, supervised by qualified activity leaders, welcomes kids aged 5 to 12 during July and August. Activities include outdoor games, arts and crafts, and sports.
The program is organized on a two-week schedule, with the option of themed weeks, ensuring a variety of engaging experiences for every child.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, though category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly prohibited. Guests with pets should bring the pet’s vaccination record, a blanket for the sofa, and a leash or tether. Only one dog is permitted per accommodation—no exceptions.
Additional Charges
Payment for extra services is due locally. Upon arrival, guests are also required to pay a tourist tax (per person, per day) and a refundable security deposit.
