Não é aceitável chamar-se hotel a este estabelecimento, no máximo é residencial. Com 3 andares, sem elevador, ar condicionado regulado pela recepção (e a pedido!) Móveis velhíssimos e degradados, a cama rangia sempre que me mexia, fiquei no 1º andar e a água tinha pouca pressão. Televisão a funcionar mal, internet fraca. Sem pequeno almoço. Dirty capers floors (had allergy reaction 10 minutes right after entering the room); limited hot water for shower for a family of 4. No room service on the 25th December. Low quantity of toilet paper (had to buy because staff almost always off). Very hard pillows.
