Even better than the pictures!

Even better than the pictures! The air conditioning makes everything comfortable. The bedrooms are excellent. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is so inviting and the view is magical. The indoor and outdoor spaces feel large and high class. Best of all are the hosts, Emelie and Eric. They are very friendly and really try to help make your trip a success. The location is close to the coast road and you can walk down to catch a bus or train or go to the beach. There is good parking at the site but the short road up (100 meters?) is a challenge with a sharp left turn into a narrow road up a steep incline. Eric and Emilie are willing to take the wheel and show you how to do it.

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Èze on the Côte d’Azur was unforgettable. The property is stunning, with breathtaking panoramic views over the Mediterranean, a beautiful pool, and every comfort you could need. We loved watching yachts pass in the distance, and the location—within walking distance of the beach and excellent restaurants—made it even more special. It’s also ideally placed for easy trips to Monaco. If renting a car, we recommend a small one due to the narrow, winding roads. Waking up to sunrise over the sea and relaxing by the pool felt like a dream.The villa is exceptionally well equipped, with a fantastic fully stocked kitchen and multiple comfortable indoor and outdoor lounging areas. The high-end coffee machine was a daily highlight, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a true luxury home-from-home experience.The gated property also offers excellent privacy and security. The villa sits on a hill with a steep access road and stairs, if you prefer to walk to the beach, but the incredible views more than make up for it.What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Emilie. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering excellent local recommendations and making us feel completely at home.If you’re looking for a peaceful luxury escape with spectacular views, a beautiful pool, outstanding amenities, and exceptional hospitality, we can’t recommend this villa highly enough. Had a fabulous time at the villa. The hosts went out of their way to make sure everything was set up for us, including stocking the house with wine and groceries. The house is stunning, as are its gardens and pool. We would love to return someday.
