The accommodation
You will have two rooms including a large living room of 30 m2 with a balcony with a very clear sea view of the whole bay of Roquebrune, Menton and Italy. Possibility to have meals on the balcony for 4 or 6 people. Tables, chairs and deckchairs.
The kitchen is independent, very well equipped and has a "standing table" dining area with two high seats.
The kitchen and the bedroom have access to another very sunny balcony where you can also take your meals outside.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub that can be used as a shower. Sleeps 4 people, double bed, bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of an additional bed on a very good quality inflatable mattress in the large bedroom or the living room and also provision of a baby cot type umbrella on request.
