This place is particularly intended for families, with no noise allowed after 10 PM: two double beds & a sofa bed with a real mattress. The apartment is equipped with: Wifi, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and iron. Self Check-in. It is a cozy accommodation with two double beds. You will also find the necessary equipment: towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, Nespresso for the first day, pods, iron, all kitchen utensils, and toilet paper. We offer free Wi-Fi (fiber) and a television for your enjoyment. Before your arrival, you will receive a guide that will allow you to pick up the keys and access your apartment. All festive events are prohibited in the apartment. Please respect the tranquility of the surroundings from 10 PM to 6 AM. Traveler access Nice Airport: 35 minutes, Monaco Train Station: 11 minutes on foot, Monaco Casino: 13 minutes, Carrefour City: 6 minutes on foot, Italy: 30 minutes.

Self check-in: You will receive all the necessary instructions to collect the keys and enter the apartment before your arrival.

5. Manufacture of any kind is strictly prohibited
6. Respect quiet time from 10 PM to 8 am

Please close the entry door softly to prevent noise.

Turn off the lamps, heating, and air conditioner, and lock the door with the key each time you leave the apartment.

Follow these rules during your stay: No weapons, firearms, explosives, or additional kitchen or electronic equipment. No gas, flammable materials, or illegal substances. No drunk behavior. No manufacture of any kind. Respect quiet time from 21 PM to 8 AM.
