We provide sheets, as well as towels and bath mats, along witha welcome hygiene kit containing shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. We also perform a professional cleaning and disinfection after each guest’s departure to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

Boulevard de Garavan, which runs from the Italian border to the old town of Menton, has attracted the world’s elite. It was designated a “departmental road” in 1960. About halfway along, you can visit the Parc des Oliviers du Pian, a site listed and protected by the Beaux-Arts administration, which features six hundred trees over two centuries old. The port of Garavan is considered one of the largest ports on the French Riviera; there you’ll find charming terraces from which to admire the view.

Further on lies the medieval old town with its ochre-colored facades cascading down toward the sea. This neighborhood is home to the Basilica of Saint-Michel, and from its summit, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and Italy.

You can reach Italy (Ventimiglia) or the Principality of Monaco in 10 minutes by train, as well as neighboring cities (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, etc.) via the TER regional train.



From Nice Airport:

Take the tram from the airport toward the Saint Augustin SNCF train station, then take the train toward Menton/Ventimiglia (no transfers required); the last train departs at 9:30 p.m. You can arrive at Menton Centre Station or Menton Garavan Station, located just before the Italian border.

Take bus 110 toward Menton (8:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:45 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Saturday through Sunday)
