Beautiful recent villa. From the large terraces you will enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view (and you will see the sea), in the sun or under the shade sail or under the shelter of the patio. A barbecue area is at your disposal. The infinity pool is heated. The table in the very bright living room accommodates 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, hob, steam oven, microwave, coffee maker, slicer.... In the large living room you will enjoy the beautiful view or a moment of relaxation in front of the television (canal plus). The four large bedrooms (double bed 160) have their bathroom with shower, one with a nice bathtub. A laundry room with washing machine, washing sink, large fridge freezer, ironing board completes the equipment. You go down a few steps... for a petanque? The supermarkets of Pianottoli-Caldarello are 10 minutes away but the small grocery store of the village will help you out no matter what. Figari is 15 minutes away, Bonifacio 25 minutes away and Porto Vecchio 35 minutes away. A small track 6 or 7 minutes from the house leads you to two very uncrowded beaches but this is a secret... The restaurants and bars of the village await you all summer long. And above all, don't miss the heritage trail full of surprises
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
