This hotel used fo be legendary. It is going through mayor renovations. We were given an unacceptable room at first and we were trying to leave but the manager made sure we were transferred to a much better one. We had a great time with the nicest staff, a great gym and classes every day.

The staff were super courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. With reported new management now in place, there is optimism for positive changes, especially as renovations are expected to improve the property in the near future. This place could be so much more with some TLC. The location and beach front position are lovely. Great grounds and spacious rooms but everything here needs updating. Decorating. Rooms. Appliances. A spa that is open when it says it is. The food in the restaurants. Juice that is juice and not some water based cordial. Unfriendly staff. I wish for a large developer to come in and provide a huge makeover but as it is I could not recommend it to anyone.

I have never been so disappointed at a hotel, I had to change like three rooms because the toilet flash was not working. They was an awful pipe smell of sewage in the toilet. customer service was appalling. The food was ridiculously expensive and was just trash. The Wi-Fi was a joke.
