The staff were wonderful the chap that checked me in was amazing (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). The driver and all the reception staff were great. But the real star was Beverley in the spa. The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was sumptuous. Lots of choices and good service. Excellent front desk staff. The reception area could use a renovation/repaint and some better lighting. Thankfully that is not a requirement for the excellent rooms. The restaurants on the property and the waterside bar are of disappointing quality. This wouldn’t be an issue if there were good restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is good value.

The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again
