Med undtagelse af en dag virkede internettet fint over hele hotellets omrÄde. De ansatte var rigtig flinke MEN en enkelt ansat i restauranten havde det med pÄ egen hÄnd at runde priserne op og lÊgge diverse tillÊg pÄ regningen. VÊrelset, rengÞringen mm var som det skulle vÊre. De har ca halvdelen af det der stÄr pÄ menukortet men de retter jeg fik var til gengÊld fine. Morgenmaden var der heller ikke noget at sÊtte en finger pÄ prisen pÄ opholdet taget i betragtning. Alt i alt fint til prisen.

Kleine knuffige Anlage

Die Köche wĂ€ren etwas fĂŒr die,,Kochprofis" gewesen.... Hungrig darf man nicht zum lunch oder dinner gehen - bis zu 45 !!! Minuten Wartezeit auf die Vorsuppe und dann nochmal bis zu 30 Minuten auf den Hauptgang. Allerdings nichts aus der Mikrowelle dafĂŒr wird viel !!! frittiert. Ansonsten ruhige Anlage.Kindergarten kommen zum schwimmen ins Hotel.

Relation client à améliorer !

Je suis arrivĂ© en soirĂ©e (22h) en Ă©tant un peu malade. Alors qu'il y avait encore quelques personnes qui dinaient, on n'a pas voulu me donner ne serait ce qu'une banane pour prendre mes mĂ©dicaments. AprĂšs avoir supplĂ©er la personne Ă  l'acueil pendant 10 min, on a acceptĂ© de me donner quelques frites (alors que j'avais payĂ© l'option petit-dĂ©jeuner + diner). Ensuite, alors que l'hotel Ă©tait presque vide, on m'a proposĂ© une chambre au rez de chaussĂ©e avec un mur Ă  50 cm de la fenĂȘtre (trĂšs peu de luminositĂ©). J'ai refusĂ© la chambre et on m'a donnĂ© une autre au 1er Ă©tage. Le lendemain, on m'a dit que ma rĂ©servation n'est pas valable. J'ai dĂ» appelĂ© hotels.com Ă  plusieurs reprises pour que les choses rentrent dans l'ordre. Ils se sont excusĂ©s par la suite. J'ai trouvĂ© la relation client vraiment dĂ©plorable. Les rĂšgles d'hygiĂšne ne sont pas respectĂ©: le mĂ©nage n'a Ă©tĂ© fait qu'une seule fois en 5 jours. Les rĂšgles sont trĂšs stricte dans l'hotel. DĂšs l'arrivĂ©e, on m'a dit que l'hotel fournissait qu'une seule bouteille d'eau et que je n'avais pas le droit de faire entrer des produits alimentaires achetĂ©s Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. La petite bouteille d'eau est vendu par l'hotel Ă  200 ksh. Ce prix est excessif (mĂȘme en restaurant il la propose Ă  100 ksh). Wifi trĂšs faible. Points positifs: hotel proche du mall (magasins, cafĂ©, bar, disco) et de la plage (mĂȘme s'il faut prendre un tuc-tuc ou taxi pour s'y rendre)
