Everybody from the staff to other guests were pleasant. This a really cool hotel. The decor reminds me of being back home in Montana. The only complaint I have is they, really need to do something with the parking lot. There is so much ice on it, cars are having a hard time moving and I’d I really hate for someone to fall.

The pool is great, and we loved the outdoor part in the snow! The food at breakfast was good, and there was plenty of it. The coffee, however, was terrible - light brown tepid water. During the night, the halls got noisy. I tried to use the texting service to request something from the front desk but got no response.

We stayed here because the guy at the front desk told me over the phone that the pool was heated to 80+ degrees Fahrenheit. The pool was freezing and outdated. I found a used bloody bandaid stuck to my towel in the hotel room. Room outdated. Breakfast subpar.
