The property is well maintained, but worn out. Other than the nice mattress, the furniture was worn out, the sofa was not really usable as you'd sink down into it, the kitchen cabinets showed lots of wear and tear, etc. This property is in need of a major refresh.

Just a one-nighter, buy was very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was generous in size, the facility was up to date, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at another Residence Inn.

Our room was very clean. We did arrive later in the evening, but the woman that checked us in wasn’t very friendly whatsoever. We were kept waiting for longer than probably necessary seeing as though there was no one else there.

When we arrived Night 1- the room smelled like musky mildew, I had let management know but they said that there were no other rooms available, and best she could do would have housekeeping address the issue the following day. Day 2- while we were out housekeeping had cleaned room and made the effort to address the smell, it had faded some but came back after a few hours. Day 3- we bought some febreze air deodorizer, we sprayed a couple of times each of the remaining days we were there until smell was acceptable. Day 3- air conditioning was malfunctioning and blowing air that got no cooler than a humid 79 degrees. I brought both the smell and ac problem up with management, she stated that she would be glad to move us to another room, but by this time we only had less than a day left in our stay and we had several suitcases of clothing and miscellaneous, and did not think it would be the efficient thing to do at the time. They also said that they would send the maintenance team to take a look at the AC, that maybe it had frozen over, but no one ever showed up. The morning we left the ac started working in its own, and my wife and I were able to do what staff could not, which was neutralize the odor. The staff was nice, but it just seemed nothing ever got done, which made our stay there less than pleasant.

We checked in around 10pm, so granted that was late, but the room we initially got was not turned over by maid service, so we had to go back to get a new room. Front desk staff was perfectly nice and apologized. The following day there was no hot water left to take a full shower. Overall was disappointed.
