Very dingy. Room smelled like smoke. Lobby walls have holes. Shower surround has holes. Was informed at check in that they no longer offer airport shuttle which was primarily why we booked this room. They offered to change us rooms but passed and went to a different hotel.

Grateful for the airport shuttle, as my flight arrived quite late after storms. It looks like the rooms used to open to the outside, but the walkways have now been enclosed, like a the building has been wrapped in another building. Room was dark.

The nightly rate is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The first night, the toilet ran all night, we changed rooms. The second night the refrigerator defrosted and there was a large puddle on the floor. The paint is peeling in the bathroom; there is mold in the shower. The showerhead was crusty and was barely good enough to take a shower. There are holes in the walls. The breakfast is not good. The front desk attendant was overwhelmed, he was always there, I don't know how long his shift was.

I checked in for a reservation late and the room wasnt cleaned due to a busy day, i was told.the night clerk found a dofferent room where it looked like some cleaning had been done, but the sink area was really dirty and soap opened and still there. But i did have a quiet nights sleep. That was my only complaint. Day and night staff were great.

It took several days to get our room made up. Once when I asked, I was told it wouldn't happen because there was only one cleaning person. When I asked if I could have clean towels, the person at the desk said no, because the laundry person had quit. Two of the desk people were very helpful, but one was not.
