Probably tops my list for most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Trash outside every room on the back side, every room wreaked of cigarettes, foreign substance all over the bathroom crevices and shower, smashed cougar eye butts in the bathroom floor hair on the sheets in the bed trim all around the room falling off the latch lock on my door was literally hanging broken have pics of all of these things honestly this place should be investigated by the health department.

To start we rented a smoking room as was advertised,no smoking rooms,ok no big deal.next he hands us 2 damp bath towels and a partial roll of TP.Got to the room smelled very musty. Mold around tub shower joint .We was running late (9:30pm) so went to get supper, Back hr later started getting ready to turn in noticed hair on vanity, oviously had not been cleaned .noticed no hand towels no wash rags.Now wondering if bedding was changed ! What to do,so we slept in our clothes!

Never again!

To start things, the reservations were messed up. Then the room key wouldn't work not once, not twice, but three times! We finally had had enough and checked out and booked another hotel for our second night in Moline.

I spent all day trying to find a hotel because on the website doesn’t tell you they needed a deposit so they spent in a hot car then I finally get booked at Quad city stay in walk into the room no towels no toilet paper smells like dead people dirty. I didn’t even get my stay. I just left because I was over the day.

Filthy. I left after I seen and smelled the room. Piss smell, burnt bedding, dirty shower curtain, rusted microwave, they put me in a smokey room. Stains down the wall. No fridge. They handed me 2 towels and rags with 2 small bars of soap and a roll of toilet paper. Felt like i was going to a cell. But it was more like hell.

The only thing good was the customer service. The A/C did not work (weather in high 90°’s), the room smelled like strong cat urine, the towels were stained, the pillows were so stained it looked hazardous. Bed bugs on sheets. Tv remote did not work and battery chamber was corroded. Lights over vanity did not work. Moderate fly activity in room. I was in room 109. I added pictures. Deplorable.

It was the first time I was issued towels, soap and toilet paper at check-in. The TV would turn-on, but there was no sound. Looks like a young family trying to make ends meet, but this was the most poorly-kept motel I've ever seen. Wouldn't have stayed at all, except it was late and I drove all day.

Worst place ever

The management was rude. The bedding had hair, yellow stains, tears and various other issues. There were cockroaches, visible. The entire place was just filthy and disgusting.
They used duct tape to fix holes in the sink
They wanted us to sleep on this and refused us fresh linens
This was on the blanket
Pillow #1 (we were also refused extra pillows, despite us telling them that I had just had surgery.
