Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Neither my son or I got a good nights rest. When we requested to check out a day early the front desk Manager was less than understanding. Albeit he offered to put us in a different room that wouldn’t have mattered as all the beds are the same. And breakfast was gross. Not much to offer other than sugary cereal and chewy granola bars. This hotel did not deserve its 8+ rating. And will not trust booking on hotels.com in the future.

Below Standard Country Inn & Suites Dirty Dirty!!

Easily the worst Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed at and it's our go to brand to stay at. We appreciate the chain because they have the option for a separate bedroom, are clean and provide a slightly above standard breakfast at a good price. This location was basically the opposite of all those things. Upon checking in we looked around the room and began seeing things that appeared dirty, but we felt like we could live with it, it was when I pulled out the hide-a-bed on the couch that I noticed some very questionable white stains as well as a yellow stain on the sheets. I asked to be switched to a new room, which was met without hesitation. After spending a half hour moving to the new room that at first glance felt cleaner, we discovered toenails under the chair and a half smoked cigarette behind the end table, but the biggest kicker was the door to the separate bedroom wouldn't even come close to closing, an important aspect as we were traveling with a four month old who needed to nap. Management offered to try and fix door or have us move again, but at this point we just wanted to cancel our second night and leave. They would not honor the cancellation, but did offer us a $40 discount. We declined and just went to bed the second night trying not to think about how gross it was. Breakfast offered some prepackaged stuff because no way was I eating anything made there, and hot tub in picture of pool does not exist. Below standard is an understatement.

This place had stained sheets, hair in tub on bed, and toilet. The carpets are stained the walls looked like they had water damage along the ceiling and the whole 3rd floor smelled like rancid meat. We left an hour after checking in. We are pursuing our money back but they arent wanting to give us a refund. Save your money and go to candlewood suites.

The exterior of the premises did not convey a sense of safety, and the interior appeared rather dilapidated. An unpleasant odor permeated the entire room. The shuttle service transporting me to the airport was unclean. While the staff was courteous, that was the sole positive aspect of the overall experience.
