Two houses built in 2018 on a pretty plot planted with cork oaks and oaks. They are made of solid wood, to the latest environmental standards.
100% ecological (no chemical barrier, natural paints).
They have WiFi and a heated swimming pool (5 x 3 m) each.
4 bedrooms, two with 160 beds and 2 with two beds per 90 bedroom.
You have all modern comforts on a location near the center of Moliets with quick access (car or bikes) to the beach (2 kms) and the international golf course of Moliets (18 and 9 holes) 1.5 kms away.
Very quiet, with a private garden and a pleasant terrace.
They are fully equipped.
If the chosen period is already booked, do not hesitate to go to "Lou" holiday home. The two houses are identical.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, leider ohne WC. Es sind nur zwei separateToiletten vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Wohn-/Esszimmer bei Belegung mit 8 Personen und schlechtem Wetter etwas klein. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Boulangerie in Gehdistanz. Wir haben es sehr genossen mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie. Preis ist im oberen Bereich.

Maison nordique en bois

Un immense merci pour ce séjour inoubliable dans cette splendide maison au style finlandais avec piscine, nichée au cœur des Landes et très calme. Chaque moment passé ici fut un véritable enchantement, et nous sommes impatients de revenir pour vivre à nouveau cette expérience magique. Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la propriété de Sylvain. Très belle maison, spacieuse, avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre ce qui est un vrai plus. La piscine était chauffée et le jardin est très bien ammenagé (hammac, lit extérieur, transat..) Tout est pensé pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Une maison jolie et bien pensée, des propriétaires très sympathiques

Excellente semaine, la maison est neuve, spacieuse. Même s'il est présent, le vis-à-vis avec la seconde maison n'est pas gênant. La maison est agrémentée de meubles et d'accessoires de qualité, c'est très appréciable même en vacances. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et accommodants.
