I dreamed about holidays on the Atlantic Coast, in the heart of a family village.

I dreamed of being able to take part in this magazine life, while strolling in the sand of postcard-like beaches.

I dreamed of taking a bike in the heart of an extraordinary preserved forest with only cicadas that sing, the waves dancing and the accents that go around ...

In my dream, I could both bask in the sun on a sandy beach and practice canoeing in the current Huchet. All is allowed: golf, surfing, horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing ...

I could finish my hectic day around a plate of seafood and finally go to rest in a calm bed in quality.

It was at the corner of a subdivision, between sea and pine forest, that I had discovered this house. A new air-conditioned building combining modern and refined decoration that contrasted with the secularity of the place.

And then I woke up ...

And we were all there, by our pool. The children were playing in the field.

Because this amazing house can accommodate all my family, or my friends, in its 85m2.

It consists of four rooms.

We enter it by a spacious and convivial living room overlooking a modern and equipped kitchen. All the picture windows give the impression of being in the garden.

It is crossing this first room that we access to the master suite with a large walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, one arranged for children.

The outdoor area is decorated with a large terrace with a pool protected by an electric shutter for the safety of large and small.

A charcoal grill is available.

Des super vacances

Un magnifique sejour dans cette maison de vacances très agréable, tout confort, très fonctionnelle, proche des commerces, des pistes cyclables, de la plage et des spots de surf. Une piscine privative, une belle terrasse et un joli jardin. Merci pour ce séjour ainsi que la bonne brioche Basque pour notre accueil.

Wir waren 2 Famielien mit insgesamt 8 Personen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Die 4 Zimmer und 2 Bäder sind sehr gut für 2 Familien. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt gelegen. Der superschöne Strand ist ca. 3,5 km weg. Es gibt aber immer ausreichend Parkplätze nahe am Strand. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Stefan

Maison de vacances idéale, accueil parfait

Cette nouvelle maison hyper fonctionelle et en parfait état est très bien entretenue. L'accueil a été exemplaire, très disponible , souriant et au petits soins. Je recommande vivement. La maison est dans un clos, très calme mais à quelques minutes des commerces de Moliets. Vraiment très chouette.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison récente et confortable. Les literies et tout le mobilier sont neufs. La piscine de petite dimension fut un réel bonheur par ce temps caniculaire. Merci à Emeraude pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
