Property is well equipped, warm, has all cooking facilities and laundary, little bit of road noise but not a concern, the fact the owners put the heat on before you arrive means a lot when it is very cold weather and most do not!WELL DONE. Only small complaint was the fairly strong smell of cleaning chemicals on arrival but I have a very sensitive sense of smell.

Older style cabin with small shower space. Otherwise good. Bed linen felt fresh and clean. owners had heating on for us, bed had electric blanket plus spare blankets so no problem keeping warm. Litchen had everything needed. Didn’t talk to owners but got clear instructions by email so all good. Would stay again.

Restful, clean & peaceful stay at these cute cabins. Many kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, oil, glas wrap, foil etc were supplied that made our stay comfortable. Gorgeous outlook over the mountains added a feeling of serenity to our lo ely stay. This is our 2nd time here & would definitely stay again on our next trip to Tassy. 👍

2 nites to Cradle Mountain

Insect nettings had a lot of gaps and oddly drilled to the windows. Washer/dryer area was smelly for some reason. Maybe something died in there. But kitchen was well stocked and excellent. Wildlife can be seen around the property at night, which was fun. Decent location for Aurora Australis spotting.

Cosy cabin with everything we needed. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was hot. We had an amazing view of hills and mountains in the distance from our kitchen window and veranda. Ate at the nearby Mole Creek Hotel, great food! Visited Trusnna sanctuary next door to us, would highly recommend this. Great location for walks in the area.

A bit off the beaten track for our 2 day visit in the Cradle Mountain region but the drive was lovely albeit a tad windy. Comfortable cabin style accommodation offering everything we needed. A friendly pub in the village with local brews on tap.
