The house is 25 km from Bari and 5 km from Polignano a Mare. Within 30 km are Apulia’s top destinations, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The scenic Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, the "white city", is about 40 km away.



In Cozze, during summer, you’ll find restaurants and pizzerias, including take-away. The coastline is mostly rocky, as shown in the photos. Steps from the house is a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant hosting music evenings at permitted times (available for an extra charge). For sandy beaches, Lido Calarena is 800 m away, about a 10–12 minute walk.

Very Convenient Comfortable Apartment

This was a nice property with a comfortable master bedroom and great living space. The outdoor terrace was small, but looked out on the ocean/sea. There was an outdoor space with a barbecue and seating below the apartment that was private. You were literally a block away from the shore and could walk along the water and had access to a few restaurants. Coco Beach Club was nearby and had great service and food. Be aware that some restaurants will be closed after September until tourist season begins. The hosts were fine and communicating English.
