Booked on the app and left instructions we would be arriving late. Called about a hour after booking the room to confirm they saw our “notes” left in the booking and was told they were sold out and to call hotels.com to cancel the booking! The hotel neglected to update their availability with hotels.com and thus the app allowed the room to be overbooked! So glad we called to confirm otherwise would’ve been very upset trying to check in when we arrived! Hotels.com made things right and found us another room to stay in at a different hotel and they covered the price difference! Thank you hotels.com!

Horrible experience

This is the worse place I have ever stayed at. I don’t understand how this Motel can have a 7star rate when everything looks and feels dirty. The Lobby is dirty, the rooms are dirty, the shower is dirty, the TOWELS are dirty!!! You can see it on the pictures. Towels are stained, instead of looking white they look greyish. The shower had black lines of mold, there was NO shower curtain, by seen all of these I didn’t even wanted to pull the sheets down to go to sleep. OH! and let’s not forget that the metal Security Padlock Buckle Latch Lock was BROKEN!! I will never never come back to this place never again. It shouldn’t even be listed on this application has an option, motel pictures posted on Hotel.com doesn’t match with the real rooms.

When I arrived at the property, the desk staff first asked for a $60 deposit that was not mentioned in the booking information. I had to go transfer money to be able to pay that and when I returned to the front desk about 30 minutes later, I was told that there were no more rooms. Now I had pre-paid for the room just to avoid that becoming an issue. I have run into this problem with overbooking rooms before and always the property has issued an instant refund of my entire prepayment so that I could find another hotel to book
