Had a horrible smell (cigarettes and wet dog?) that we could not get rid of no matter how hard we tried. Weird stains and cracks everywhere. No sleep at all due to a combination of the light glaring through the entire room and a train across the street that blares loudly ever single hour throughout the night. The appliances and TV worked (although there was no remote) so I guess it deserves 1.5 stars.

Great location away from Bakersfield, lots of food choices for late night or early morning, only downside that I didn't discover until I was in bed ready to fall asleep, a train path directly across the street, seemed to pass regularly every 20 minutes
