About this property

Beach and Launch Access

The Boat House is located across the street from a riverfront lot. It is just a short walk to the semi private beach. The beach is shared with the house next door and the house on the riverfront lot. The launch ramp is use at our own risk. This new home is newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2bath, pull out couch, open kitchen, propane BBQ, shuffle board table and much more.
A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
