ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Vigneto is a beautiful villa with private pool in Le Marche. It comes out from its owners’ passion for wine-producing as also witnessed by its name meaning ‘vineyard’, thus evoking the perfect combination between nature and flavours. Immersed in a beautiful and young vineyard, the farmhouse has been recently renovated. Although it still keeps the architecture of the traditional farmhouses of Le Marche, the structure shows a refined taste combined with the choice for comfortable and welcoming furniture. The property is surrounded by a large garden with great salt water pool with Roman stairs, overlooking the vineyard. Close to the pool area, there is a wide pergola to sit in the shade. Connected to the house living room there’s also a porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor eating. In the premises, the owners have a wine cellar with the possibility of wine-tastings.

The farmhouse is set on two levels. on the ground floor there is a lovely living room with direct exit to the porch, a large kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry area. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with bath, a room with twin beds and a large bathroom with shower. Two child-friendly folding beds can be added to one of the double bedrooms.
