Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, two fans, and a washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning, but two fans are provided. Guests have a private balcony ideal for relaxing evenings, though it does not offer direct sea views.

The property is right by the beach and within walking distance to public transport. Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted.
